[ Delicious Homemade Mazesoba 🍜 ]
It was soooooo easy to make, and it’s the ground pork mixture is actually made of soy! 💪🏻🌿 #health
As mentioned in my stories, I have been creating some content for other brands for them to use, but sometimes, it’s just too good not to share on my own feed! 🙈
✨ The ‘ground pork’ mixture is made with Hokkaido soymeat (similar to soy curls) from @aburimarket 💕 Just submerge it in hot water for 3-5 minutes, and squeeze out all the water. Mix that with oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, doubanjiang (spicy bean sauce), sesame oil, chicken bouillon powder or dashi, water. To thicken the sauce, you can add a bit of cornstarch slurry.
👉🏻 The rest are completely customizable! I used udon as the base and topped it with green onions, chives, bonito flakes, seaweed flakes (aonori), tempura bits, dried shrimpies, shirasu (baby whitefish/sardines)
