Serve – 3-4 people
Ingredients for white raddish:
Kashmiri Spinach – 1 kg
Lotus stem/Nadru – 300 gm
Asafoetida/Hing – 1/4th tsp
Cumin/Jeera – 1 tsp
Cloves – 2 finely crushed
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder – 2 tsp
Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
Ginger Powder – 1/2 tsp
Brown cardamon powder -1/2 tsp
Cinamon powder – 1/4th tsp
Fennel powder – 1tsp
Salt as per taste
Water 3/4th glass or as per requirement
