The Mek inline AOI inspects all PCB's without an operator. Inspected PCB's are then loaded into the racks. Post-classification of the inspected PCB's is carried out -- the barcode is scanned, the defects found by the AOI are classified using the Mek Catch System.
Advantage of this way of working: AOI doesn't stop the line and the operator classifies only when convenient.
