Here is a common problem people have told me they have had with their chainsaw chains. If they throw a chain, meaning their chain falls off, it causes burrs on the drive links. because of that they can't get the chain back on the bar, they don't fit back in the groove. I don't have this problem often when I throw chainsaw chain but here is what I have done to fix the situation. I will also bring up some possible causes.
