FBE coating means Fusion bonded epoxy coating, also known as fusion-bond epoxy powder coating. This is an epoxy-based powder coating that is widely used to protect steel pipe used in pipeline construction from corrosion. 

FBE powder is a thermosetting polymer, which is applied to the surface of the preheated steel pipe, and the powder is melted, leveled and cured to form a uniform continuous coating.
FBE coating has excellent mechanical properties, corrosion resistance and durability, so it is widely used in anti-corrosion coatings for land, underwater, and submarine pipelines, providing a reliable guarantee for a long-term low-maintenance operation of pipelines in various environments .
FBE anti-corrosion coating has a single-layer structure and a double-layer structure. The thickness of the single-layer structure is 300-500 microns, and the thickness of the double-layer structure is 625-1000 microns. The service temperature can reach 115 degrees Celsius.
