In this video I have made a 18650 Li-ion battery charger and discharger also capacity meter. I used Popular TP4056 protected module as charger and ZB2L3 capacity tester.
I used 2x 10 ohm 5watt ceramic resistor in parallel which gives 5ohm 10w in equivalence.
Current consumption is 600-800 milliamps.
