The tutor explains how to create a service query and then a service form from that query. The tutor covers how to use the calculated box tool to add calculated fields. One to add the next invoice number and one to report stock level OK or not. The functions used in this video are IIF and Max. The tutor also mentions how to use the IIF function at table level.
