Tonight over 150 families in Ol Moran in Laikipia County will spend the night in the cold after arsonists torched 40 houses in barely house after Nationa security Advisory council meeting on Laikipia insecurity. Hundreds of residents have fled the area which has for the last two months experienced rampant insecurity despite police operation in the area.
