A tour of my large 4 Bedroom House in Birmingham, this used to be a 3 Bed but we converted the living room to a bedroom to sleep more people. This is mostly targeted towards workers, contractors and families.
We only ever get long stays with this property which is good and exactly what I love to target! 🎯 A much more peaceful life! ☺️
The rent on this beauty is £800 PCM VS the market which is at around £1500-1800 for a property in the same bedroom size. So the profit on this property is huge, some of the bookings we get come in around at a £1000 a week, and sometimes a weekend stay alone is £800, it varies on season etc, but I love this property.
