(7 Aug 2015) US Secretary of State John Kerry held a joint briefing with Vietnam's Foreign Minister and Deputy Prime Minister, Phan Binh Minh, in Hanoi on Friday.
Kerry said the Trans-Pacific Partnership would provoke regional economic integration.
