Green Gram / Moong (मूंग) - ½ cup
Wheat Flour (गेहूँ का आटा) - 2 cups
Cumin Seeds (जीरा) - 1 tsp
Green Chilies (हरी मिर्च) - 2
Ginger (अदरक) - ½ inch
Fresh Coriander (ताजा धनिया)
Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर) - ¼ tsp
Red Chilli Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - ½ tbsp
Coriander Powder (धनिया पाउडर) - ¾ tbsp
Garam Masala (गरम मसाला) - ¼ tsp
Asafoetida (हींग) - ¼ tsp
Mango Powder (आमचूर) - ¼ tsp
Oil (तेल) - 1 tbsp
Salt (नमक) - as per taste
Ghee (घी) - ½ tbsp + frying parathas
