The Beach Bandit surf buggy from 1992. This 37 part set features a neatly designed beach buggy with sprung suspension, and a cool surfer dude with windsurfer board.
The buggy makes nice use of the horse harness piece to create the frame, and the dual rollbars on the back double up as a carrying rack for the windsurfer board.
