New York State Police are now questioning Trooper Thomas Mascia’s account of a reported shooting last week on the Southern State Parkway. Mascia, who claimed he was shot while assisting a stranded driver, is now suspended without pay, with his badge and duty weapons confiscated. FOX 5's Jessica Formoso has the story.
