Mutton Brain Masala

Ingredients
Mutton Brain -4
Onions - 1 cup
Tomatoes - 1
Green chilies -2
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 2tsp
Chili powder
Cumin powder - 1tsp
Pepper powder - 2tsp
Coriander leaves
Water
Oil - 2 tbsp
Salt

Method
1. Boil some water with salt and turmeric powder
2. Add the mutton brain to it and cook it for 5 mins
3. Remove the brain from the boiling water and de-vein it
4. Once the brain is de-veined, chop it up into smaller pieces and set it aside
5. Heat a pan with some oil, saute onions till they are golden brown in color
6.Add ginger garlic paste and green chilies
7. Add tomatoes and cook them well
8. Add all the spice powders and salt and mix well
9. Add the mutton brain pieces after the oil has separated from the masala
10.Add water and cook it well
11. Finally add pepper powder and coriander leaves and turn off the stove
12. Serve the mutton brain masala hot
