What does ideal partnership in research look like? Hear directly from older adult and caregiver partners at the McMaster Collaborative for Health and Aging in “The Art of Partnership: Through Our Lens.” We used PhotoVoice to explore this important question. In this inspiring video we visually explore themes like diversity, lived experience, celebrating contributions, and fostering supportive environments in research partnerships.
Highlights:
- Insights from Collaborative partners on meaningful collaboration.
- Reflections on using inclusive methods to centre the voices of older adults in research.
- The value of co-design in building stronger, more impactful partnerships.
Thank you to our older adult and caregiver partners for their creativity, insights, and dedication in shaping this work.
The video was created by Collaborative trainee Karina Tavernese.
