Singh alleges that the BJP is conspiring against Kejriwal, leading to a significant weight loss of 8.5 kg and symptoms of serious illness. Singh also highlighted that Kejriwal's blood sugar level has dangerously dropped below 50 on five occasions at night, raising the risk of him slipping into a coma.
