Legless lizards, or glass lizards, are a species of lizard that, as their name implies, have no legs. They are legoless....
Eastern glass lizards, the ones native to the southern parts of the USA, are quite difficult to find, and for many people that do encounter them, difficult to identify. Many think these funny creatures are snakes, but these cute, derpy creatures, are actully lizards. They have eyelids, ears, and can even drop their tail! Many people who keep reptiles and other animals actually keep legless lizards as pets, because of their personalities and relative ease of care.
