Noma is a three-Michelin-star restaurant run by chef René Redzepi, in Copenhagen, Denmark. Noma did a pop-up style restaurant in Kyoto in 2023 and this year, Noma will be returning to Ace Hotel Kyoto for a 10-week residency, from October 8th to December 18th 2024.
