This is our new plastic clip feeder package we have designed for our machine builder integrators. They have been a great customer and intergrator in Western Michigan and we look forward to all the future business with you guys. We have built hundreds of clip feeders over the years and this is the first time the intergrator has given us full design discretion to produce the best system possible. This unit runs horizontal from selector to inline drive. All running surfaces are at 30 degree angle transitions for smooth transfers from bowl to inline. The inline feeder is an AFAG quad spring isolated coil drive for the smoothest inline feed possible. The inline runs on a VF-3 frequency drive and requires no tuning, making it a breeze at install. The biggest problem with feeding clips like this has always been part tolerance. Almost all clips are + or - 1/2 a millimeter, if you’re lucky. This system keeps all the surfaces machined at bowl and inline on a horizontal running surface. This lets the system handle greater part tolerance issues. Intergrators can add an escape and blow to the end of this unit or we can provide one. Clips are blown to the robot insertion head provided by the intergrator.
