1. Start closes guard no connections. Task is Create posting (hands on the mat) using direct and indirect and punish with underhooks and overhooks. Reset with shoulder attachments .
2. Start with an underhook or underhook. Task is move your legs up the body and attach at the shoulders to create the “one arm in one arm out” position or get to the armlock breaking position. Reset if you can get either of these positions or lose your shoulder attachments.
3. Start in the armlock breaking position and or arm in arm out position, reset on submission. Keep playing as long as you can maintain an isolation or threat .
Bonus notes: Work from neck attachments to hip attachments and vice versa.
