Pre­sent­ed by the Harley Con­sult­ing Group, with fund­ing from the Annie E. Casey Foun­da­tion, this webinar helps juve­nile pro­ba­tion staff and lead­ers imple­ment a fam­i­ly-engaged case plan­ning mod­el in youth pro­ba­tion. Through this mod­el, pro­ba­tion offi­cers work in part­ner­ship with young peo­ple and their fam­i­lies to craft indi­vid­u­al­ized goals for the young person’s time on probation. In this 60-minute webinar from July 2024, panelists explored the impor­tance of focus­ing on rela­tion­ship build­ing dur­ing the ini­tial stage of pro­ba­tion.
