Hi my name is John Kelly and I'm a truck accident attorney based out of Phoenix Arizona I work with truck accident cases whatever state they're in and I put together a team and can actually go to any state where an accident happens to help you if you have been injured by a semi truck or 18-wheeler I want to talk today specifically about cement trucks these are unique vehicles and they present some unique things that we like to take a look at if we're making a claim against the company that owns the cement truck and maybe the driver too anytime there's a cement truck on the road we know obviously it's it's a very heavy vehicle there's specialized equipment on the vehicle that equipment can fail it can be loaded that truck can be loaded with too much cement and cause issues with the truck there could be malfunctions in the truck when it's heavily loaded so we want to look at things like the weight ratio the gross vehicle weight ratio of the of the truck and then we want to look at the corporation that owns the truck and whether they're maintaining the vehicles whether they're training the drivers specifically for their vehicle because they may know how to drive a 18-wheeler but have never driven a cement truck before so that's something we would like to know to so anytime we file a lawsuit or even when we're initially investigating we go to the scene even if we're flying out we go there we understand the scene we do the interviews of witnesses we look around the scene we inspect these particular vehicle to see if there's any factors that we think are going to be relevant to why the accident happened a lot of times we're getting real nuggets of information that can turn around and cause your case to be worth much more money because if we find that the corporation had not trained or had not maintained the vehicle correctly or loaded it too much there could be additional claims made against the company that makes your case worth more if you would like to reach out to us please feel free to we're happy to talk to you about the accident get an initial consultation and if we are a good fit we'll come in and visit with you and make sure that we
