Reform Party chief Kenneth Jeyaretnam has called the Non-Constituency Member of Parliament scheme "disingenuous and self-serving". In a video posted while under Stay-Home Notice, he said the scheme is designed to make opposition dependent on the Government's approval to sit in Parliament.
