Gunjan Tiwari, a third-year chemical engineering student of Ambedkar Institute of Technology was shot in broad daylight by some students in Vinayakpur locality on Thursday morning.

A resident of Auraiya, UP, Tiwari was involved in a quarrel with some other students outside his rented apartment over a love affair, when one of the students pushed him on the road and fired three rounds at him.
