My third large-scale piece for solo trombone. In contrast to my previous two trombone suites, I wanted to aim for a more Romantic or even Classical rather than contemporary style. It's definitely a test of endurance - when I started the piece I had no idea it would be over a half hour long - but the movements are separate enough to be played independenttly.
