In this video, I’ll show you how to record everything you see in the Meta Quest 3. It’s super simple to get started and save your gameplay or experiences to share or edit later.

Here’s how it works:

Start Recording: Press the Meta icon on your right controller to bring up the main menu. From there, select the camera icon and hit "Record." You’ll see a red dot while recording, so you know it’s working.

Stop Recording: When you’re done, just press the same red dot.

Access Recordings on Your Phone: Open the Meta Horizon app, go to your profile, tap the three lines, and head to "Gallery." You’ll find all your recordings there.

Download and Share: Download the video straight to your phone, then you can easily send it to your computer for editing.
