Everyone and their grandma can cast a crank on a bucktail while fishing for muskies but, not everyone has consistent success while fishing blades! Even though the bucktail is often considered by many to be an easy lure to fish there are some finer points to working it in a way that will produce muskies more often! As a guide I spend my days coaching anglers and one of the major coaching points that I focus on when my customers are fishing blades is to teach them how to properly work a bucktail over heavy cover (weed growth etc...). In this short tips video I will review how I like to fish a bucktail for muskies over tight cover! Enjoy!
