For both SQL Server 2022 and Azure SQL Database, Azure Synapse Link serves as a seamless data pipeline to Azure Synapse Analytics, so you don’t need to manage the manual ETL (extract, transform, and load) process. This simplifies the experience to do analytical reporting within a centralized location on operational data in near real time, with minimal impact on your operational store.
