We always search for snacks while we feel boring. This is one of that type of snack, especially we love at those situations. Murmura mixture or puffed rice mixture. Very simple and easy to prepare. You can ofcourse add the ingredients according to your choice. But we show here minimum ingredients required such as ground nuts, copra pieces, rosted Channa dal etc. and spices such as red chillies, turmeric powder, curry leaves to enhance the flavour and red chilly powder if required. Salt is added according to the taste. This will go with timepass snack or even best accompaniment with evening tea/coffee.
Ingredients:
Chopped copra 1cup
Puffed rice
Curry leaves
Turmeric powder 1-1/2tsp
Groundnuts 1cup
Channa dal 1cup
Coconut oil 1/2 cup
Red chillies 10-12
Red chilli powder 1&1/2tsp
Salt to taste
