Ingredients
Full Fat Boiled Milk - 500ml
Sugar - 1/4 Cup
Rose Syrup - 4 Tbsp
Corn Flour - 1/4 Cup
Boiled Milk - 1/4 Cup
Rose Food Colouring - 2 Drops
Unsalted Butter (Optional)
METHOD
1. For the corn flour slurry, mix corn flour, milk and food colour in a bowl. Keep this mixture aside.
2. Take boiled milk in a saucepan and add sugar, rose syrup to it.
3. Mix it all well and add in the corn flour slurry.
4. Keep mixing it and boil it until the milk thickens.
5. Add in a cube of butter finally for some silky texture in the pudding.
6. Turn off the stove and transfer the pudding mixture into the bowls for setting it while it is still hot.
7. Now let it all come to room temperature and the refrigerate the pudding for at least 2 hours.
8. After 2 hours, take out the bowls, put them in warm water for a few seconds and then flip the pudding onto a plate.
9. Pour some rose syrup over the pudding and garnish it with finely chopped pistachios and some bright colored rose petals.
10. There you go, your amazing Rose milk pudding is ready to be served chilled and nice.
