Manipur Violence: The Manipur government has issued "shoot at sight" orders in the violence-hit state. Security has also been strengthened, with the deployment of 55 army columns. The Rapid Action Force has also been flown in. The state has been tense as protests against a Manipur High Court order turned violent earlier this week.
