Green Chillies - 2 medium size
Ginger - 1 inch piece
Garlic - 12 cloves
Salt - 1 tsp
Goan Vinegar - 3 tbsp
( If Goan Vinegar is not available, Apple Cider or Palm Vinegar can be used )
Red Kashmiri Chillies - 4
Red Bedgi Chillies - 2
Black Peppercorns - 8 to 10
Cinnamon stick - 1 ½ inch
Cloves - 6
Ginger - 1 inch piece
Sugar - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Onions - 3 medium size ( sliced )
Cooking Oil - 3 tbsp
Water - ½ cup / 125 ml
Water - 1 cup / 250 ml & as required
