Ingredients:
600g Diced Chicken Breast (raw)
1/2 Tsp Onion Powder, 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder, 1/2 Tsp Salt, 1 Tsp Smoked Paprika
50ml Buffalo Sauce / Hot Sauce (Brand: Franks Redhot Buffalo Sauce)
2 Whisked Eggs
100g Crushed Cornflakes (only 70g was used - with the same seasonings above)
280g Elbow Pasta / Macaroni (dry weight - San Remo, Zafarelli or any brand)
Mac & Cheese Sauce:
350g Low Fat or Fat Free Cottage Cheese
80g Low Fat Grated Cheddar Cheese (Brand: Dairyworks, Kirkland or Dairylee)
100ml Low Fat Milk
1/2 Tsp Smoked Paprika, 1/2 Tsp Onion Powder, 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
Divide into 4 equal servings & enjoy!
