Ned McWherter reflect on their roles in establishing TPAC with John Seigenthaler and Kathleen O'Brien. Dedicated in September 1980, TPAC was the first of its kind in the nation -- built and owned by the state, managed by a non-profit, and endowed by private fundraising.
