In this video, we will talk about the qualities of the 5 elements and how they manifest in your body. In addition, I will give you Ayurveda tips on how to reduce or increase the elements with yoga, diet, and lifestyle tips. You will learn to balance with Ayurveda.
Here is an overview of the 5 elements in Ayurveda:
