This week I’m talking about four specific things you can do during conversations to decrease your social anxiety and increase the likelihood that you’ll come across as your authentic, interesting self.
Everyone with problematic social anxiety knows that feeling when you’re talking to someone, your thoughts are racing, your heart is beating fast, your hands are sweaty and you have no idea what the other person is saying because your anxiety is raging.
You may walk away from these interactions with even more anxiety as you think about how the other person may have perceived you and whether they found you to be awkward or uninteresting.
Do these two things!
1) Check out the video to learn what to do in these situations.
2) Leave a comment and let me know what you think about the strategies I discussed.
If you want to learn more about your own social anxiety (like, how much of a problem is it really?!?!?) AND get an idea of what to do next so you can start getting better, check out my free Social Anxiety Self-Assessment at
