Tulip Top Gardens is a family run and home to 1000 blossom trees and half a million tulip bulbs. We highly recommend this breathtaking beautiful place in Canberra. #floriade #canberra #visitcanberra

The garden is well designed. Everything is planted in garden beds to give a natural, soft beauty feeling. We visited this garden on the first week of opening and the cherry blossoms are in full bloom. We loved it so much, definitely a high note of our annual Floriade trip in Canberra.


Entry fee is $20 for adults and free for children under 16 year old. It’s totally worth it. There is an onsite cafe with a range of food, Dutch pancake and barista coffee parlour. Plenty of disabled parking and free parking spaces are available. The garden has gravel pathways for prams, wheelchairs and walkers. Dogs are welcome on leads with clean up after accidents.

Pleasant music is played around the gardens as you can hear in this video. Plenty of clean grass areas are ideal for a picnic.

The nursery near the entrance sells beautiful plants at reasonable prices.
