CCTV footage from a rocket attack on Tel Aviv on Monday evening shows a man running after hearing sirens before being hit by a car.

The sirens sounded in response to a Hezbollah rocket hitting Tel Aviv. It comes amid ongoing ceasefire talks in Lebanon, where Israel has killed over 3,500 people in the past two months.
