Everybody has an opinion a nowadays
Why does everyone to get offended so easily nowadays
As long, as you can quote "I have a dream...
yours woke nowadays
I remember when Yeezy first said it

After taking a sample of the vegan chicken wings she was selling
The woman at the stall said to me
“It tastes like chick right”
Wish I could have said what was really on my mind
Thinking this woman probably hasn't tasted chicken in time,
But instead, I felt inclined, no obliged to be polite
Like “hmmm, yeahhh, its aiteee”
But can you really blame her?
It’s not her fault. I didn’t want to come across as a hater
Or disrespectful to a complete stranger
or the fact that every time I mention the word vegan I feel like I need to include a disclaimer like
There is nothing wrong with vegan chicken,
And I actually 1agree that it is a great choice for anyone serious about a healthier living and potentially extending their lifespan
But 4 of them wings cost like £7.99 fam

So 2018, you can comment on my IG to tell me looking good, and tap the image twice too
But flip that around tell someone their good looking, they could say why she tryna sexualize you.
And that’s how they interpret it, nobodies fault
But type that shit incorrectly in 140 characters, and you’ve started a cult
Turn that into, one misquote + a facebook post
And people start doing alot
Everybody is so sensitive because they want someone to listen
Now I don’t mind people having an opinion,
I just hate the fact that people don't have an opinion of their own
Their just looking for a popular opinion to clone
On socials, people will champion any cause,
Because, they can talk, but when it comes to how many times you've acted there ain't no one’s counting
There is so little accountability
So there now actually pressure to put your money where your mouth is
I log on my socials and everybody's re-acting, everybody active
but none of them man are really activists
Yeah, make jokes about politics and get your friends to share them
But outside of these jokes, bruh you know it don’t really affect them
How many memes do you think it takes to impeach a president?
Brexit signs on my car door as evidence
Every London resident assumed the "Leave" campaign was irrelevant
Because they were so caught up in their own self-contained timelines
Insta primetime, facebook algorithmic guidelines
They forgot what really mattered
That there was a whole country out here that obviously had different views
And that you can’t fill a ballot box with bants, twitter rants.
Basically, if in 2018 your not gonna let me make an inappropriate joke or speak my mind on something without you jumping on a secondhand bandwagon
Then make sure it’s something you actually believe in
If, not then I don’t care if you're offended.
