Flight to the Heart of the United States
Solar Impulse 2 will take off with Bertrand Piccard at the controls for its 11th flight from Phoenix, Arizona to Tulsa, Oklahoma in the United States of America. Si2 spent a little over one week in Phoenix Goodyear Airport until they found a clear weather window to allow them to continue their flights across the United States. The flight is expected to take 17 hours and 50 minutes, with an estimated arrival at Tulsa International Airport at 03:50AM UTC, 05:50AM CET on May 13th and 10:50PM CDT on May 12th.
