In this video, I cook a whole BBQ chicken on my Weber Kettle charcoal grill using the Slow 'N Sear accessory. I seasoned the chicken with Kinder's Mild BBQ Rub, and Johnny's Seasoned Pepper, and then cooked it on a 400 degree F grill for 70 minutes, until the internal temperature reached 165 degrees F. I used Royal Oak Lump Charcoal and left the vents wide open. Then brushed on some Kinder's Mild BBQ Sauce at the end.
