As we enter the second half of 2023, everyone's waiting waiting to see the new cameras from Canon, Nikon, Sony, Fujifilm, and other brands in the second half of the year. Well, I think Panasonic LUMIX might have a surprise up their sleeves!

it's been almost six years since Panasonic released the Lumix G9 camera with specs like uncropped 4K video at 60 frames per second, in-body image stabilization, a silent 6K video mode, Post Focus Features, and an 80 megapixel high resolution photo mode along with physical features such as weather sealing, dual card slots, and a top deck display. This camera is still better than many cameras being released today six years later. Well, Panasonic announced they'll be releasing a G9 Mark II (rumored)! You know what, if it's anywhere near as advanced today as the G9 was six years ago it'll be a show-stopping camera. No official specs have been released yet but some of the rumors include an updated sensor, upgraded stabilization even though the current G9 has one of the best image stabilization setups the date! It's to have upgraded phase detection autofocus and 4K video at 120 frames per second! The possibility of 6K video would be a no-brainer since the original G9 was capable of recording 6K in silent mode but personally, I would love to see that 4K 120 frames per second. I would also love to see 6K at 60 frames per second or even if they can include 8K at 24 frames per second that would be just amazing! What do you think? What do you want to see in a new G9 camera?
