Denver College of Nursing GHP Community Service trip June 2022. Watch as students from different cohorts travel to Pucallpa, Peru to perform healthcare duties to communities in remote locations who are in need. Students had responsibilities such as triaging patients, communicating effectively with doctors to get patients the right care/treatments, handling pharmaceuticals and dispensing medications and vitamins, and educating community members on how to improve their health.
