The Constitutional Court will today rule on whether President Cyril Ramaphosa lied to Parliament with regards to donations made to his campaign for the ANC Presidency in 2017.
It will also decide if Public Protector Busisiwe Mkhwebane had the jurisdiction to probe the so-called CR17 campaign.
