Cutting Wooden Gears & Sprockets the EASY way - I look at using a very simple jig for improved ease and accuracy. The gear template program by Matthias Wandel provides an excellent template for woodgears. Unfortunately the paper template rips and important guide lines are lost, making accurate cutting difficult. Thankfully this simple jig helps get past these problems.
