STILTZ LIFTS USA MOVES TO LARGER FACILITY
International residential elevator manufacturer Stiltz Lifts has expanded its U.S. operation in Pennsylvania, relocating from Allentown to Bethlehem. "Following rapid growth," the company reported, Stiltz Lifts USA has more than doubled the size of its previous offices. The move will help it increase its inventories and deliver more of its range of home elevators and wheelchair lifts to customers across the country, and ship them quicker. The new address is 57 South Commerce Way, Unit 300, Bethlehem, Pennsylvania 18017, and the phone number remains the same: (610) 443-2282.
OFFICE COMPLEX INCLUDES ISRAEL’S FUTURE TALLEST BUILDING
ToHA, a two-towered office complex designed by Tel Aviv, Israel-born, London-based Ron Arad, includes what is expected to become the tallest building in Israel at 63 stories, dezeen reports. Under construction now, it also includes a 28-story building. Located in Tel Aviv's city center, the structures are angled and asymmetrical, designed to take advantage of natural light and shading. The development is set to include three stories of community space, along with ample gardens and plazas. In all, ToHA will encompass 160,000 m2. Completion is anticipated in 2018.
39-STORY RESIDENTIAL TOWER RISING IN BROOKLYN
The Greenpoint, a 39-story, 392-ft.-tall tower that will contain a mix of apartments and condominiums, appears close to topping out on the Brooklyn, New York, waterfront, New York YIMBY reports. Completion is anticipated in spring 2018. New renderings show a glassy, stepped tower designed by Ismael Leyva Architects at 21 India Street. Mack Real Estate Group, Palin Enterprises and Urban Development Partners are behind the project. The Greenpoint will be joined by a low-rise tower, and together the buildings will contain approximately 460 residences. Additional towers in the form of Greenpoint Landing are also on the drawing boards for the bustling Greenpoint area.
