Hi, there. I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a quick look at this Front Runner Awning Mounting Kit. This kit is going to feature two of these brackets that will allow you to mount your Rhino Rack Batwing or your Eezi-Awn Manta Awning onto your Front Funner Slimline II Platform Rack. Because this is coming from Front Runner, you can trust it is gonna be compatible with your Slimline II. You don't have to worry about compatibility issues or anything like that.
They do include instructions to walk you through the installation process, make sure that everything's installed properly. These will install on the side and top channels with the included hardware. As you can see, I just have this loosely installed right now. You'll get it tightened down, once you actually are mounting it onto your platform rack. This will work on either the driver's side, or the passenger side.
We do have the bolts here that will align with the channels on your Batwing or Manta Awning. So you just slide that in place, and you'll be ready to take off. It will give you a nice, solid connection. These are a steel construction, so they are gonna be a very dependable connection for your awning onto your platform rack. They do have a black powder coat finish on them as well.
