Reinier de Ridder is one of the most dangerous finishers in MMA right now. The rear naked choke (RNC) is his main weapon, but along the way he chases arm triangles and d'arce strangles too.
In this video we will study how Reinier gets to the finishing positions, how he sets up his strangles and how he deals with the problems you encounter in MMA. Gloves, punches and the cage change the game quite a bit compared to pure submission grappling.
