From heart to heart 🫸🏻🫷🏻

I am doing several martial arts, mainly Shaolin Kempo (Shorin Ryu Kempo or Kenpo) which is quite rare and cane be seen as Karate in the beginning and later on rather as Kungfu. Shaolin Kempo is sinojapanese martial arts originating from China to Okinawa and from there to Europe🥋

After getting the blackbelt in Kempo but journey has just begun!
