Libya has agreed with EU and African leaders to allow refugees to be evacuated with extreme emergency.
The announcement by French President Emmanuel Macron comes amid a slave trade scandal - that has prompted leaders from both sides of the Mediterranean Sea to address the issue at the summit in Ivory Coast.
